Project Preparation
- Conducting site assessments.

- Support in matters of market research, for suppliers and other specialized partners.

Construction site management
- Support in matters of site preparation (HSEQ, permits and construction utilities)
- On-site management of functions, human resources, materials and equipment.
Supervision
- Supervision of construction works.
- Monitoring and review of safety measures in place, throughout the duration of the project.
- Guidance and coordination of contractors and suppliers based on the project plan.
- Quality control of the work performed.
Planning and Budget Control
- Monitoring and updating of the project plan.
- Monitoring of actual project costs (cost monitoring) and progres updates.
- Monitoring subcontractor’s work performed and accounts.
Communication
- Writing weekly reports and offering regular updates to the project owner.
- Scheduling regular meetings between project stakeholders, to facilitate co-ordination.
- Organize communication and correspondence between the stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
Project Handover
- Inspection and drafting of observations - corrective actions after practical completion of the construction. Co- ordination of the process for their resolution (snagging).
- Evaluation and control of possible extra-contractual works that might occur.
Definitive quantitative and qualitative acceptance of the project and drafting of the relevant acceptance protocol. - Testing and Commissioning. Technical support and follow-up during the first months of operation.
- Support in the drafting of "as built" plans and photo archive.
